I get a lot people asking me where I got my contacts, so I thought I'd make a little post about them.
So y'all can go make your eyeballs look Japanime too.

Contacts:   G&G BT02 Violet
Color: Violet
Comfort: 3/5
Intensity: 3/5
Comments: I like these contacts in the light, they look alright over my yellowish green eyes, but I think they'd look better over brown eyes. They aren't as intense as I thought they'd be. Most of the time my eyes just look light brown. They can sometimes also be a pain in the butt to get in.

Contacts:   G&G Gossip Green
Color: Green
Comfort: 5/5
Intensity: 4.5/5
Comments: I love these! They don't really make my eyes look all that different, they just make them look a lot more defined. They bring out the natural colors of my eyes. Putting them in was like having soft fuzzy kittens gently kiss my eye balls. And suddenly a whole new world of comfortable contacts appeared before me like sleeping on clouds made of bunny rabbit tails. Finally my morning routine will not include me vulgarly using words that are usually used for body parts.

Included!

I have a few more sets on order. I will update later on!

I loved them so much when I had them. They looked so pretty and long and exotic. But they were very heavy, and I really wanted to wash my hair. I kept them, so maybe on a later date I can put them back in! I totally didn't feel cute with them in. I missed my soft hair, and being able to curl it and do fun stuff! However, they totally served their purpose and I would definitely rock them again. Money well spent! Let's have a moment of silence in memory of my beautiful fake dreads. RIP.

New hair coming soon! I'm really excited about this next hair design I've come up with. I'll post pictures when I'm done :3 But I'll give you a little hint to what my inspiration was:

Sexy times! Hope you all had a good weekend <3

The Mortal Instrument Series.

I'd like to share with you all (especially those who have never heard about this) my favourite book series.
Presently that is. Harry Potter is of course the best series of all time. :3
I stumbled across this gem completely by accident. I saw gifs from the movie trailer floating around tumblr and it immediately got my attention. Once I found out it was a book series I knew I had to read it.

Synopsis: It seems to be based in a modern day world, possibly slightly in the future, but it could very well supposed to be today's era, with internet and such. The story focuses on a young teenaged girl, 15 year old Clary. Generally I hate books about teenagers, I find them annoying and they usually are gifted some amazing ability and are forced to embark on a crazy adventure, but instead of being super pumped about it like a normal human being they usually whine about it like a little bitch. But Clary is a redhead and pretty badass. She has a smart mouth and doesn't seem to attend school ever, even though she's 15. She is what they call a Shadowhunter. However, in the beginning she doesn't know this. She is special and has a special purpose. Thank fully it's not falling in love with the main male character(s), discovering her purpose and/or a secret about herself/family, and eventually facing her own fate and ultimately saving the world..... Oh wait.... Yes it is. None the less, it's a good book(s). So far anyways. The author has a way of making you feel real big boy emotions. I cried, and laughed, and yelled at my book in all the right places. I have a big boner for the main male character, he is absolutely the teenage dream. I am very glad that they picked a great actor to play him in the movie <3 Long story short; Clary battles demons, meets fairies, parties with gay warlocks, and makes new friends and old enemies. It has all the right stuff to make a great movie (hopefully). She falls in love... and in lust. But trust me, this isn't no Fifty Shades of Grey or even Twilight. There is nothing I hate more than romance novels. There is a perfect element of romance that keeps you interested but not grossed out. Very comparable to the Mulder and Scully relationship in The X-Files. And the best part is  the end of the book actually makes you want to read the next one! Horray! Read it, you won't be disappointed.

Clary FrayMain character, smart mouthed redhead, and a shadowhunter by blood. Just trying to find her way in a world full of vampire, werewolves, fairies, and demons. Everything seems to be going great until she falls in love with someone completely taboo. Oh, and her mother is in a coma.

Jace Wayland: Main male character, badass, rude, and incredibly sexy. He's just trying to prove himself to the world, of course he has to charm every woman on the way. He breaks all the rules and he's not afraid to wear leather in the summer time. Did I mention he's incredibly sexy? Everything seems to be going great for Jace too, until he meets that redheaded girl with the quick mouth.

Simon Lewis: Just a regular old nerd with no super powers or dark secrets. Just a horrible sense of humor and a great sense of timing. He's brave, loyal, and adorably annoying. Simon isn't very special in the beginning but I have a feeling he'll be of great value later on. Simon is just trying to prove himself to Clary and somehow grab her attention. He has a hilariously sarcastic sense of humor and is undoubtedly the comic relief. I think you're meant to love Simon but I just wanted him to go away most of the time. So when strange and chaotic things start happening to him it fullfills my sadistic needs.

Alec LightwoodAlec is a self loathing but very sexy shadowhunter. Alec has a dark secret that he is fighting with. It makes him extremely dark and mysterious but sometimes ignorant. He is loyal and brave but he will go to any lengths to hide his true feelings. Sometimes being emo has it benefits. Alec is one of my favouite characters. Sometimes I love him and I wish there was more about him in the book. Other times I think he needs to grow the fuck up.

Isabelle LightwoodIsabelle is Alec's sister. She is the Megan Fox of the series. But younger and less anorexic. She is a sultry bad assed goddess with a golden whip. She is what I'd like to imagine as a female Indiana Jones. She kicks ass and doesn't break a nail doing it. She starts out as a snobby little bitch but by the end of the story she starts to grow on you. I don't dislike her character and I can't wait to keep reading and see her kick some demon ass. Isabelle doesn't really serve much of a purpose in the story other than being the iconic sexy and head strong woman.

City of Bones

Perfect in every way. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. There were no parts that I felt like I superintended my beliefs too much. The story is easy to follow, but it effectively keeps you interested throughout the book to be blessed by such a rarity as to have actually surprisingly twists at the ends. It's like the literature gods looked down upon me and asked themselves, if we were going to write a book, with everything in it Cara could possibly want what would it be like? This is it. There's action, great hair, suspense, demon slaying, sarcastic humor, sexy boys, and a fat persian cat who can understand humans. What more could a girl ask for

City of Ashes

This book answers a lot of questions brought forth from the last book. But with answers come more questions. I very much enjoyed this book. The overall storyline for this book as an individual is very interesting, but as a piece of a collection it is even more riviting and mysterious. There are so many surprising things that happen in this book that I read half of it in a day. It takes you places you're not sure you were prepared to go. The characters change and develop at such a great rate that you are excited to see what happens next. It was a breath of fresh air when it comes to second books. Which are usually just the athour cramming in useless information of the characters that they couldn't fit into the first book. Or it's an anticlimatic filler book full of useless information and "character growth" that bridges the first book to the second. The transition from City of Bones straight to City of Glass is so smooth and seamless that they could easily be one book. Nothing worse than when the second book starts in the future and the first half of the book is getting you caught up with what has happened in the time that's passed. Ain't no body got time for that.

 City of Glass

This book took me a suuuuuuuuuuper long time to get through. Alot happens and it's jam packed with information. You learn alot and alot is constantly happening. I think so far this is my favorite in the series. It is the most imaginative and the most interesting book. There so many characters and all sorts of plot developments. SO many twists. And of course there is lots of sexy Jace action, so I basically can't complain. There is the least amount of whining in this book and a butt-load of action. So naturally it's pretty kick ass and you should read it. I was so pumped on the ending, my imagination totally orgasmed.

City of Fallen Angels

To be honest I just read this book and I can't even remember most of it. It wasn't my favouite, that's for sure. It was still good, but this "forbidden love" thing between Jace and Clary is getting real old. I didn't like this as much as the last book, which took place in Idris. Being back in boring old New York was just well, boring. I liked that they focused alot more on Simon's character, and you can see where the author is lining the characters up for important roles in the future. However, I just found this one kind of predictable and bland. It for sure has it's funny and colorful moments. Absolutely worth a read, but that being said, it was likely my least favourite in the series so far.

City of Lost Souls

Now you all know what I'm talking about when I say I'm going to be a Shadowhunter at Anime North :3

I'm just going to wear some sexy black gear and draw runes all over me. I need to find a way to make a stele. So read this book and orgasm over it like I am!

Don't watch this if you want the first book to be a surprise. I waited till I was done the first book before I allowed myself to watch the trailer. That way you don't have a preconceived disposition of what and who the characters are. Make more fun that way! :3 Either way, this looks fucking awesome. Jace Waaaaayland <3

Saw the movie in theaters on opening night. It was a good attempt at recreating a masterpiece. But the acting was sub-par and they squished alot of the story line together. I wished they had done a better job so people would be more interested in seeing it. Like all book-made-into-movies it was a mild disappointment.
